Our Leadership
MaryAnn Pettit established THE BILLING RESOURCE in 1991, and has worked the last 17 years to provide the best possible service to all clients and their patients. Her passion for the medical field and understanding of the problems faced by a medical practice has helped make TBR a leader in the medical billing industry. Her desire and determination to ease the billing burden of medical practices ensures that TBR's clients have the benefit of a skilled, expertly-trained staff, as well as her own expertise regarding all aspects of billing, coding, credentialing, in-house staff training, and establishing a new medical practice. MaryAnn attends numerous training classes and seminars to ensure that TBR is always at the forefront of any changes in medical billing guidelines or technology. Her dedication to the medical practices and people served by TBR has led to a well-respected reputation in the industry. Mindy White has more than 10 years in the medical field, serves as our office manager, and is an expert　at all levels of medical billing. With her enthusiasm and dedication she's developed a "hands on" working relationship with our clients, and her attention to detail has been vital to the development of our company. Mindy is responsible for handling escalated patient, client, and insurance issues. She also oversees all aspects of our rapidly growing office. Patti Pettit has worked in the billing industry for 12 years. She has literally grown up with medical billing, has extensive knowledge in virtually every aspect of the field, and has worked in every department. Patti is assistant office manager of TBR and is valued for her innovative thinking, superior performance and do what it takes attitude.
